Built for Excellence: Nante Silver Hill Production Base

Nante’s business grows up rapidly in the past 10 years. In order to meet the rising demand for international orders and overcome previous production capacity bottlenecks, Nantes invested $15 million to build a 21,000m2 production workshop and a 3,500m2 R&D center. We start this project on July 2023, with 1 year design, 12 months construction, and 150 days trail production, we will schedule to full operation in Jan. 2026.
Chapter One: Advanced manufacturing Concepts: Intelligence, Green, Harmony
The Silver Hill Production Base is built upon three core strategic concepts—smart operations, green production, and Harmony between humanity and nature—We are committed to enhance Nante’s operational and production capability to a world-leading standards.
1. Intelligent Manufacturing: Highly Integrated Operation and Production Software and hardware System
In order to make industrial IoT, virtual reality, and remote control possible, we built up a dual-network infrastructure: One is 5G networks from China Mobile, and another internal WLAN system, ensuring high-speed and seamless connectivity across all systems and equipment.
The highly integrated digital network and software system are connecting data flow, material flow and cash flow of the company, making decision-making to be more accurate and efficient, greatly improving operational transparency and overall production efficiency.
2. Green Factory: Fulfill the Social Responsibility from China in Chin
NANTE integrates advanced environmental technologies to support the goal of sustainable manufacturing.
3.Harmony Workshop: Aharmony’s workshop between Industry, Humanity and Nature.
In addition to its outstanding industrial performance, Nantes also pays attention to creating a healthy and dynamic working environment for its employees. The process routes and production line layout of Sliver Hill Production Base have been meticulously designed to fully support its smart manufacturing strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-precision and high-quality products.
Big Product Assembly Workshop

| Big Product Assembly Workshop | A 30-metre span and 18-metre lifting height space equipped with two anti-sway overhead cranes and three semi-gantry cranes. This space supports assembly and testing of large-scale equipment and super-heavy-duty cranes. |
| Five-axis Gantry Machining Center | Nante invest 3 million RMB to implement a gantry machining center with a worktable 4m × 3m × 6m which can do the boring, milling, drilling, and tapping job in one single setup, thereby improve the machining efficient and guarantee the precision of end carriage and trolley. |
| Core Components Processing Area | Nante invest 10+ million with a large number of heavy-duty CNC lathes (max. 1.8m dia. and 7 meters length) and large-scale machining centers. This ensures the machining precision, fast delivery time, and quality control of core components such as wheels, drums, hoist frames, and shafts. |
| High Standard Painting Area | In order to enhance work efficiency and improve painting quality, Nante invest two advanced painting system, one is movable can painting the structure up to 30m, another one is fixed booth with a gas heater system, enabling painting operations even under low-temperature and humid conditions. |
| Hoist Assembling and Testing Area | To improve the assembly efficiency of hoists, we setup some special hoist assembly and testing areas which include chain hoist assembly area, small wire rope hoist assembly area, large wire rope hoist assembly area, and open winch assembly area, along with a 100t capacity automated hoist testing platform. |
| Control panel Assembly and Testing Area | We setup a clean and comfortable electrical assembly area which can assemble standard Long travel control panel, hoisting control panel, smart crane control panel, as well as various special design electrical control systems. Furthermore, we can do automated functional and protective testing for standard control panel. |
| Intelligent warehouse and transportation system | In order to minimize labor cost and enhance operational efficiency. Nante setup an Intelligent warehouse and transportation system. Base on ERP+WMS system, all material storage and retrieval operations within the warehouse, all deliver materials to assembly area are performed by AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles). |
