Scorching Summer—Nante Workers Stand Guard Over Customer Deadlines
Date: 2025-08-12 Share:
In early August, we entered the end of the Great Heat (Dashu), one of the 24 solar terms. In Zhejiang Province, this is the hottest and most unbearable time of the year. Nante Crane operates in the heavy industry, where large factory spaces make it impossible to install cooling equipment. Furthermore, the numerous machine tools and welding operations continuously generate heat, driving temperatures on the worksite ever higher.
However, to fulfill their clients’ expectations and deliver projects on time, the Nante employees remain steadfast at their posts.
Let’s turn our lens to them—
In the sweat-soaked assembly area,
On the meticulous quality inspection route,
On the production line where every second counts…
Their figures embody responsibility and commitment.
We capture their moments of perseverance and feel their unwavering drive, even in the heat.
Behind this perseverance lies even more meticulous safeguards—
First and foremost, even in scorching weather, safety remains the top priority. Every day, before work begins, we conduct a rigorous safety inspection to ensure every employee wears a hard hat, safety shoes, and protective gloves to ensure safe operation. Secondly, for those working in special high-temperature jobs, such as painting, we implement staggered work hours—starting at 5:30 AM and ending early at 1:00 or 2:00 PM—to avoid the hottest hours of the day and reduce the risks of working in high temperatures.
Finally, the company continues to provide cooling measures for frontline workers—distributing iced beverages and installing industrial fans in workshops—to create a more comfortable working environment for employees.
During the unbearable summer heat, it is the hard work, dedication, and unwavering dedication of the people of Nantes that forge the exceptional quality of our brand.
You are Nantes’ most valuable asset and the solid foundation for earning market trust and customer reputation.
