Saudi Arabia’s First Pile-Beam Integrated launcher Crane Successfully Put into Operation: Overcoming High-Temperature Challenges While Prioritizing Ecological Protection
After three months of dedicated efforts, the JQG80(t)/14(m) pile-beam integrated launcher crane, custom-designed by Nante for the Red Sea Laheq Link Road and Cross-Sea Bridge Project in Saudi Arabia, has been successfully assembled and put into operation. This equipment not only significantly enhances construction efficiency and safety under extreme high temperatures but also provides valuable experience and technical support for future large-scale infrastructure projects in the Saudi Red Sea region. It sets a new benchmark for balancing engineering construction with ecological protection.
Working in harsh conditions with temperatures nearing 50°C, geothermal heat, and strong winds, the Nante team ensured the smooth progress of equipment assembly through rigorous safety measures. At the same time, to protect the precious local mangrove ecosystem, the team continuously optimized the construction plan, achieving a harmonious balance between project progress and environmental conservation.
The successful operation of the first pile-beam integrated launcher crane marks Nante’s outstanding capabilities in extreme environment construction and green engineering. Currently, the installation of a second unit of the same model is already underway. Once fully operational, these machines will provide robust momentum for regional infrastructure development.
In conclusion, Nante’s successful implementation of the Red Sea project in Saudi Arabia fully demonstrates its exceptional technical expertise, project execution capabilities, and unwavering commitment to sustainable development and ecological protection, setting a global benchmark for infrastructure construction.
